Pricing questions
How much does VW camper van wedding car hire cost?+
Guide prices for our ceremony, full-day and prom packages are shown on this page. Your exact figure depends on your date, your hours and how far you are from our Ribble Valley base, and is confirmed in writing before you pay anything.
Is mileage included in the price?+
Local Lancashire and Ribble Valley bookings include travel. For venues further afield we add a clear mileage contribution, quoted before you book — never added afterwards.
What deposit do you take?+
A deposit secures your date and is deducted from the total. The balance is due before the day, as set out in our terms and conditions.
How can we pay?+
Bank transfer for the deposit and the balance, with a receipt for each payment and a written booking confirmation setting out exactly what you have paid for.
Are there peak-date surcharges?+
Prices vary a little by season and day of the week. Whatever we quote is the full price — there are no hidden extras for ribbons, fizz or photographs.
Do you charge for waiting time?+
Waiting time inside your booked hours is included. If your day overruns we will do our best to stay, and any extra time is charged at the hourly rate agreed in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Deposits secure a date we then turn other work away for, so they are non-refundable, and balance refunds depend on how much notice you give. The full position is set out plainly in our terms and conditions.
Do you offer gift vouchers?+
Yes — vouchers for birthday and anniversary trips are available on request and make a very good present for someone who has everything.
