A wedding car you'll actually remember.
Not a black saloon that could belong to anyone. A blue-and-cream VW camper, dressed in your colours, driven by someone whose only job that day is making sure you feel looked after.
How your wedding day runs with us
Before the day
A chat about timings, a route plan, and a drive-past of your venue so nothing is a surprise.
The morning
We arrive early, ribbons on, camper polished. Photographs at the house while everyone is still calm.
The ceremony
Bridesmaids first if you'd like, then the bride — with a few quiet minutes in the camper before you walk in.
Afterwards
Confetti shots, a slow lap of the lanes for the two of you, and drinks poured on the way to the reception.
Why couples choose the camper
- — It photographs beautifully in every light, in every season.
- — Four seats means your bridesmaids or parents come with you, not behind you.
- — Guests remember it. Children love it. Grandparents tell stories about it.
- — One wedding a day, so your timings are never rushed.
- — Ribbons, fizz and photographs are included, not upsold.

Wedding hire questions
How far will you travel for a wedding?+
Lancashire and the Ribble Valley are covered as standard, and we regularly travel into Greater Manchester, West Yorkshire, Cumbria and Cheshire. Anything beyond our standard area is quoted with a clear mileage contribution before you commit.
What's included in a VW camper wedding car hire booking?+
Your chauffeur for the agreed hours, ribbons and bows in your colour, chilled prosecco or soft drinks with glasses, unlimited photographs with the camper, and a route plan agreed with you in advance.
Do you do more than one journey on the wedding day?+
Yes. A double journey — bridesmaids first, then the bride — is one of our most popular options, and we can also take you on to the reception or out for evening photographs.
How early should we book our wedding car?+
Most couples book nine to eighteen months ahead, and summer Saturdays in the Ribble Valley go first. If your date is close, still ask — cancellations and midweek dates come up.
Do you visit the venue beforehand?+
Rob knows most Lancashire and Ribble Valley venues already. If yours is new to us, he will drive the route in advance so the timings on your schedule are real ones, not guesses.
Who will drive us on the day?+
Rob, the owner, drives almost every wedding. If a date genuinely can't work for him, the only alternative is a driver he has personally selected, insured and driven with himself — never an agency stand-in.
Are you insured for wedding car hire?+
Fully. We hold hire and reward insurance and public liability cover, and we are happy to send certificates to you, your venue or your wedding coordinator on request.
What if our wedding runs late?+
It usually does, and that is fine. Waiting time inside your booked hours is included and we will always do our best to stay longer if the day slips.
What if it rains? It's Lancashire.+
The camper is warm, dry and fully weatherproof, we carry umbrellas, and honestly some of the loveliest photographs we have been part of were taken through a rainy window.
Can the camper be used just for photographs at the venue?+
Yes — static hire at the venue is popular where the ceremony and reception are in the same place. She parks up as your backdrop for the whole drinks reception.
Do you take more than one wedding a day?+
Never. One booking per day, every time, so nobody's timings are squeezed and nobody is watching the clock.
What happens if the camper breaks down?+
We plan properly: rolling servicing with VW specialists, a full pre-wedding check, and a contingency arrangement with a local partner operator should the worst ever happen. You would not be left without transport.

5 / 5 from 1 review
★★★★★“We couldn't recommend Rob enough! He provided our VW Campervan transport for our wedding day and went absolutely above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Rob even created a bespoke package especially for us, which made the whole experience so personal and special. He was friendly, professional and made everything so easy from start to finish. Thank you so much, Rob, for being such a special part of our wedding day!”
