Only where necessary: our insurer in the event of a claim, our accountant, and service providers who host this website or handle our email. We never sell your data or pass it to marketing companies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Booking records are kept for 6 years to meet accounting and insurance requirements.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Contact us via the enquiry form on this website and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This website uses essential cookies to make pages, forms and bookings work — these are always on because the site cannot function without them. We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors find and use the site, but only if you choose "Accept all cookies" on the cookie banner.
